1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing an order with Dermagenics (“we,” “us,” “our”) at dermagenics.com.pk, you confirm that you agree with and are bound by the Terms & Conditions outlined below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other communication between you and Dermagenics.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Dermagenics products are “Dermatologist Prescribed” and formulated with scientific ingredients. However, the content on this website is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Patch Test: We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any new product.
• Individual Results: Results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• We strive to display accurate product images and colors, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy on all screens.

4. Orders and Payments

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order or limit/cancel quantities per customer.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): By selecting COD, you agree to pay the courier upon delivery. Refusing a confirmed COD order may result in being blacklisted from future purchases.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship nationwide across Pakistan.Delivery Timeframes:

• Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 1–2 Working Days
• Major Cities: 3–4 Working Days
• Remote Areas: 5–7 Working Days

Delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events (weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, our return policy is strictly enforced:

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a free replacement.
• Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted once packaging is opened or tampered with.
• Refunds: Processed via bank transfer within 7 working days after inspection of the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content—including text, graphics, images, and the Dermagenics logo—is protected by international copyright laws. You may not use any content without written permission from Dermagenics.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dermagenics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, even if previously advised of such possibilities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
