At Dermagenics, we stand behind the quality of our scientific skin solutions. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because skincare products are sensitive and hygiene-critical, we have a specific policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is leaked, damaged during shipping, or if you received the wrong item, we are here to help.
  • What to do: Take a clear photo or video of the issue immediately.
  • Timeline: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
  • Resolution: We will send you a Free Replacement immediately. No extra shipping charges.

2. Change of Mind

  • Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for open or used products.
  • Once the seal is broken or the bottle is opened, the product cannot be returned.
  • If the product is sealed and unopened, you may exchange it within 7 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Skin Sensitivity / Reactions

Our products are dermatologist-tested and safe for sensitive skin. However, everyone’s skin is unique.
  • Always perform a Patch Test (apply a small amount behind the ear) before full use.
  • We do not offer refunds for individual skin reactions, as this results from personal skin biology and not a product defect.
