Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and Email with your Tracking ID. You can enter this ID on our courier partner’s website to see the live status.

Our products are designed to be effective yet gentle. However, everyone’s skin is unique. We strongly recommend doing a Patch Test (apply a small amount behind your ear) 24 hours before using any new product on your face.

After-Sales Support:

We pack our products with extreme care. However, if you receive a damaged or leaking bottle, please take a photo immediately and WhatsApp it to us at +92 331 0066342. We will send a replacement free of charge.

We offer a 7-day exchange policy for damaged or incorrect items. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products unless there is a quality defect.
